Browsing the directory
You can read the catalogue without creating an account or providing a name. The site does not ask for a date of birth, identity document or payment details. It does not use its page scripts to classify visitors, personalise listings or make decisions about eligibility for financial services.
Browser storage and age choice
The directory's page scripts do not set cookies or use local storage or session storage. An adult self-declaration in a launch dialogue stays only in the currently displayed page. It is reset when the dialogue is opened again and is not sent to a server or saved as a visitor profile.
Your browser can keep ordinary cached copies of pages and images to load them efficiently. That browser function is separate from advertising or analytics tracking. Publisher websites may use their own storage after you follow a link; their notices and choices apply there.

Server connection information
Delivering a page exposes connection information, such as an IP address and the requested address, to the hosting infrastructure. A host may also record timestamps, response codes and browser information in technical logs. The static page files do not control those logs or establish a hosting retention period. Ask the support contact about the site's current hosting arrangements before sending information you consider sensitive.
Messages and external services
Selecting an email link opens your own mail application. If you send a message, your email provider and the receiving mail provider process the address, message and attachments under their respective arrangements. Include only the information needed to explain your question. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
Following a publisher link leaves this website. The publisher then receives your connection and may use cookies, accounts or payment providers. Read its privacy information before registering or buying anything. No player account details are passed from this directory.
Privacy enquiries and rights
Contact support@arcadelevelindex.com with a privacy question or a request concerning information you have sent. Depending on the applicable law and processing, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of personal information. You may also have a right to object to processing. The UK Information Commissioner's Office explains these rights and how to make a complaint. This notice does not limit those rights.

Scope and changes
This notice applies to the directory, not to your browser, email provider or a game publisher. If accounts, analytics, advertising or additional storage are introduced, the notice and any required user choices need to change before those features collect information.
